When I placed my order and waited half a hour after it was ment to be delivered then I rang the takeaway and there reply was that they didn't receive my order even the order went though and so did the payment after much talking to the takeaway I said I would come down to proof my order we was about to leave when my food arrived when I phoned the takeaway to tell them that I got my food the guy on the phone was really disrespectful and said I order the food legally what ever he ment then he said you got your food then good bye me and my partner all ways orders here but I won't be any more the staff are nor friendly staff the food turns up late and cold

The staff clearly do not follow instructions. There is a line that asks for special instructions to the chef. I put, in capital letters, PLEASE MAKE FILLET BURGERS COMPLETELY PLAIN PLEASE, NO SALAD OR SAUCE. So they get sent with lettuce and mayonnaise. I couldn't eat this as I totally hate mayonnaise. Its a simple instruction that this take away can never follow. And I've lost count of the amount of drinks that have been left off past orders. I only use this place as my daughter won't eat from anywhere else. The food is good when it's right, but this is very rare.

Absolute rubbish customer service. Put in special instructions for no salad on a burger and it was delivered with salad on. Not the 1st time this has happened. Phoned up about it and the said they were closing soon and just hung up no apology or anything. Was a regular customer but won't be going again after this and wouldn't recommend to anyone. They are good when they get it right but they have no customer skills if they make a mistake and are rude

Lovely and hot, delivered 10 mins earlier than stated, even the coating on the chicken was still crispy and cooked through. You can't beat Frankie's either delivered or from the takeaway. 100% better than the bigger 3 letter brand!

The restaurant call to say no vegetarian burger and offer an alternative which was good. When some companies just put in a different item. The family enjoyed the food especially the chocolate fudge cake, it arrived on time and was still hot.

Food was good but almost 2 hours for delivery is totally unacceptable when people need to go to work. Estimated delivery time was 45 minutes but actual time was 1 hour 50 minutes.
