When I placed my order and waited half a hour after it was ment to be delivered then I rang the takeaway and there reply was that they didn't receive my order even the order went though and so did the payment after much talking to the takeaway I said I would come down to proof my order we was about to leave when my food arrived when I phoned the takeaway to tell them that I got my food the guy on the phone was really disrespectful and said I order the food legally what ever he ment then he said you got your food then good bye me and my partner all ways orders here but I won't be any more the staff are nor friendly staff the food turns up late and cold

The staff clearly do not follow instructions. There is a line that asks for special instructions to the chef. I put, in capital letters, PLEASE MAKE FILLET BURGERS COMPLETELY PLAIN PLEASE, NO SALAD OR SAUCE. So they get sent with lettuce and mayonnaise. I couldn't eat this as I totally hate mayonnaise. Its a simple instruction that this take away can never follow. And I've lost count of the amount of drinks that have been left off past orders. I only use this place as my daughter won't eat from anywhere else. The food is good when it's right, but this is very rare.
